• Quizzes & Flashcards: Auto-generated study tools
• Progress Tracking: Monitor your learning journey

3.1 Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with reasonable notice
• Internet connectivity required

4.1 Free and Paid Tiers

• Free tier includes core features with limitations
• Paid tiers unlock additional features and usage limits
• Feature availability varies by tier
• Free tiers may include advertisements

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Fees charged in advance (monthly or annually)
• Prices displayed during signup
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
• Changes take effect at next billing cycle

• AI is a learning tool, NOT a replacement for formal education or professional advice

9.2 Voice Technology

• We use third-party providers (including Deepgram) for voice processing
• Voice data is sent to these providers for processing
• Voice recordings may be retained by us or our providers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DO NOT WARRANT:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of all AI responses
• That the Service meets your specific requirements
• Security of data processed by third parties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Total liability limited to amount paid in 12 months preceding claim
• NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• NOT liable for third-party data handling
• NOT liable for loss of data, profits, or opportunities

You agree to indemnify Amamihe from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of third-party rights

15.1 By You

• Terminate anytime by: Using account deletion in settings

15.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Fail to pay after notice

15.3 Effect

Upon termination:

• Access ceases immediately

16.1 Governing Law

Laws of Delaware, United States, without conflict of law principles.

16.2 Process

• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes through AAA binding arbitration
• Exceptions: Injunctive relief for IP matters

16.3 Class Action Waiver

Disputes resolved individually. You waive class action rights.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = complete agreement
• Modifications: We may update with notice; continued use = acceptance
• Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect the rest
• No Waiver: Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver
• Assignment: We may assign; you may not without consent
